STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE
1. Complete and send this online form.
2. When the form is received at the Operating Office a message will be sent to you either informing that your registration is "in process" or requesting additional information/documentation in order to continue.
3. If the message from the Operating Office informs that your registration is "in process", you will be asked to make the bank transfer as well as given instructions to request airport pickup and hotel reservation (the rates of the main and additional hotels can be found at our Website)
4. Make the bank transfer.
5. Send copy of your deposit slip by email to guatemala2012@apfpasa.ch, clearly indicating your name and company.
6. As soon as payment is verified, your status will change to "confirmed".
CATEGORIES - DESCRIPTION
PASA MEMBER: An employee having a stable labor relationship with the member company. This category DOES NOT INCLUDE consultants nor advisors of the member company.
OBSERVER "M": Employee of an affiliate or branch or representative office of a member company.
OBSERVER "A/B/C": A representative of a NON member company; must be referred by a member company to guatemala2012@apfpasa.ch for the Operating Office to make the necessary consultations and subsequently advise whether he/she has been specifically authorized to participate. This category DOES NOT INCLUDE consultants, intermediaries nor brokers.
GUEST: An officer who is especially invited by the authorities.
PRESS: A representative of a media specialized in insurance who is especially invited by the authorities.
ACCOMPANYING PERSON: The spouse or relative of the person enrolled.
REGISTRATION
  • Rates include the following transfers:
    • From Guatemala City international airport to hotel and back.
    • From your hotel to venue for academic sessions and back.
    • From your hotel to social events in Antigua and back.
  • In all cases, this refers to the three official hotels.
  • Your arrival and departure flights will be required when requesting hotel reservation.

    CANCELLATIONS POLICY
    1. Cancellations are to be submitted in writing until Friday, 20 April 2012 to guatemala2012@apfpasa.ch clearly indicating your name and company.
    2. No reimbursements will be made for cancellations notified as from Saturday, 21 April 2012.
    3. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of USD 60 including tax.
    4. Reimbursements that apply will be made after the event has taken place.
